About me
Hi! My name is Alexia Telios and I am a biochemistry major at the University of Texas. Ever since I've left the parent's nest, I've struggled to properly balance my meals and understand the value of a nutritious meal that also requires a bit of soul and art. Therefore, I've decided to start a culinary journey, exploring the basics of food as wonderfully stated by Samin Nosrat: Salt, Fat, Acid and Heat.
I want to not only understand the passion and work that goes into food but the science behind it too. Therefore, I have delved into this journey to understand more about nutrition and how it can help to lead a more fulfilling, long, and happy life. After all, food is one of the only things that binds us from every corner of the world.
